Meet Spouses Selling Houses, Neal and Carly Krajewski! We are very grateful that you have found us! We are a husband and wife team that have been selling Real Estate together for 20 years. We are originally from Warner Robins, Georgia, a very proud military town. Home of Robins Air Force Base and host to the Southeast Little League Championship tournament.

Together we began our Real Estate career by joining forces to develop a subdivision. Carly's family owned a peach farm in Byron, GA, named Williams Orchard. Her father, Walter Williams, held the property and together with Nealco Developments, developed what is now Williams Orchard Subdivision. The main street, Dora Lane, is named after Carly's grandmother who originally owned the farm, Dora Williams.

After the completion of Williams Orchard, the two partners began a second large development, Olde Hickory. At the height of the market in 2004-2006, they successfully developed and built out the subdivision. Neal's company, Nealco Developments, built the homes and Carly sold the homes as the onsite Realtor.

In the down turn of the market, Neal and Carly moved to Ormond Beach, FL, where Carly continues to sell real estate full time and Neal continues to build custom, luxury homes around Volusia/Flagler Counties.
